CareFacts™ PDA
The CareFacts Paraprofessional PDA Charting System allows users to electronically pass scheduled visit information (including tasks) to paraprofessionals on an inexpensive handheld PDA. The paraprofessional simply checks off the completion of their tasks and adds notes as appropriate.
