CareFacts™ Scheduling

Scheduling helps deploy nurses, paraprofessionals and other clinicians to prospective patient sites at the right place and time, driving cost and time efficiencies. The Windows-based application allows users to easily schedule visits and recurring events and automatically prompts the user of any conflicts or scheduling changes. Scheduling changes are easily accomplished through “drag and drop” functionality. Each patient/care encounter is matched to a list of qualified staff based on certification level and availability. Once staff members are assigned to patients, the system ensures that the same staff is scheduled with the same patient throughout the care plan, preserving care continuity. The software also prevents unauthorized scheduling or scheduling of unfunded services and tracks patient admissions and discharges.

Moreover, nurses and other clinicians may enter notes for personal reminders, track Continuing Education Units (CEU) and keep up to date with certification expiration dates. Furthermore, Scheduling provides several value-added reporting capabilities such as data tracking, analysis and reporting functions facilitating audit processes and outcome assessments.
