CareFacts strives to support your agency’s success by facilitating effective learning throughout our relationship. Starting Day
One, our approach includes self evaluation, assignments and trainer feedback. After implementation is completed, we continue
to provide education on important clinical and business topics through our annual User Conference and Webinars on specific,
timely topics.

Our goal is to help your agency use CareFacts in the most effective and efficient way possible. It starts with you and your CareFacts project manager creating your implementation plan and configuring the software to meet your operational and reporting needs. The plan to train your clinical and administrative staff is designed to minimize disruption with your usual activities. Your “Welcome to CareFacts” materials include a Resource CD containing an electronic version of CareFacts Manuals, Omaha System Tutorials and CareFacts Tutorials to get you started, and an introductory version of the CareFacts software. The teaching curriculum includes:

  • Onsite classroom sessions
  • Webex sessions
  • Self-paced CareFacts Tutorials
